Each player may hold only one active 588bet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional offers issued by 588bet are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined unless explicitly stated.
All transactions at 588bet are processed in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and major Pakistani banks are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of platform errors and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
2.1 To register a 588bet account, you must be at least 18 years of age. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
2.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register player accounts on 588bet.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one 588bet account at any time. The existence of multiple accounts attributable to the same person — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 588bet is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that they bear full responsibility for verifying compliance with applicable local laws before registering or depositing. 588bet makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
2.5 588bet reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account without stating a reason, at its sole discretion.
2.6 Registration information must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 588bet login credentials. Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified 588bet of unauthorised access without undue delay.
3.2 588bet may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.3 Two-factor authentication is available on 588bet accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of protection to your login process.
3.4 You must notify 588bet support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
4.1 All transactions on the 588bet platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the 588bet cashier and are subject to change. 588bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same 588bet account, or as otherwise approved by 588bet following a verification review.
4.4 Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses associated with the account balance. A balance containing active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those wagering requirements are satisfied.
4.5 588bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification checks. This right is exercised in accordance with 588bet's anti-money laundering obligations.
4.6 Deposits made in error must be reported to 588bet support promptly. 588bet does not guarantee the reversal of completed transactions.
5.1 All bets placed on 588bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant product section of the platform.
5.2 588bet reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets placed as a result of a manifest error in odds or game data.
5.3 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer products, by the physical outcome of dealer actions in a controlled studio environment. 588bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each product are displayed within the platform and may change without prior notice.
5.5 In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on the 588bet interface and the result recorded in the platform's internal system, the internal system record shall be the definitive reference.
5.6 Crash games offered on 588bet use provably fair algorithms. The crash point for each round is generated before bets close and may be verified by players via the game history section of their account.
6.1 All promotions, bonus offers, and rewards issued by 588bet are subject to specific terms applicable to that individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion itself. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms for the purpose of that promotion.
6.2 Unless the terms of a specific promotion expressly state otherwise, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions are specified per promotion.
6.3 Bonuses are personal to the account to which they are credited. They may not be transferred to another player, sold, or exchanged for cash.
6.4 588bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. In cases where a bonus has already been credited and wagering requirements are partially met, 588bet will act fairly in determining the appropriate treatment of that bonus on a case-by-case basis.
6.5 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus, employing low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or exploiting bonus terms through coordinated activity — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 588bet platform:
588bet reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited activity, suspend accounts pending investigation, and permanently terminate accounts where prohibited activity is confirmed. Winnings and balances associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited in whole.
8.1 588bet is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. All 588bet products are restricted to players aged 18 and above. Players who have reason to believe they may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties are strongly encouraged to make use of the tools available within their account.

8.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted to 588bet support are processed without delay. Once a self-exclusion is active, 588bet will not permit reactivation of that account until the requested exclusion period has elapsed and the player has made a positive re-entry request. For permanent self-exclusion, no reactivation will be considered.

9.1 All content on the 588bet platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, text, graphics, database structures and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 588bet or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 588bet.
9.2 The 588bet brand name and logo are proprietary marks. Use of the 588bet name in any context other than referencing the platform for personal informational purposes requires prior authorisation.
10.1 588bet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While 588bet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588bet's aggregate liability to any player in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 588bet is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, third-party payment processor failures, internet service interruptions, or actions taken by regulatory authorities.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 588bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
588bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the 588bet Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
12.1 588bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the 588bet platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms. Players may close their 588bet account by contacting support, provided no wagering requirements are outstanding on bonus balances. 588bet may terminate any account in accordance with these Terms, including for breach, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
12.3 On termination, any real-money balance remaining after deducting ineligible bonus funds will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them or the 588bet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 588bet holds its applicable international gaming licence. Players accessing 588bet from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
